Tracking your shipment is easy. Using our tracking tool, enter your tracking number and we’ll give you the latest update on your freight.

We strive to ship all orders placed from https://aramex.ltd within two (2) business days. The shipping method you choose (1-day, 2-day, ground, etc.) indicates how quickly your order will be shipped after the two days required filling your order.

Shipping costs for orders from USA depend upon the shipping methods and options you choose. Expedited handling and overnight delivery cost more than shipping for items that are not urgent. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Individuals may not ship collect. Either the individual will have to apply for a credit account, or the recipient can place a shipment over the phone, and prepay with a credit card by calling N/A. Our online customer portal for non-account holders is currently in development.

If you have goods that are sensitive to climate conditions (produce, flowers, chocolate, etc.), you will want to consider temperature controlled shipping. Freight service providers will assist you throughout the process

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to our agent by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
  • Illegible Shipping Label. In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts the carrier determines that the package is undeliverable, the package will be returned to our agent.
  • Refused by Recipient. If the recipient of the package refuses delivery, the package will be returned to our agent and determined undeliverable.

Greyhound Package Express offers shippers the ability to purchase additional declared value for shipments exceeding the standard $100 value declaration. Greyhound Package Express does not offer insurance for shipments. See Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Carriage for declared value costs and limitations.
